Per workspace: the names and birthdays you add (and optional Slack user IDs to enable @mentions), your bot configuration, and an encrypted Slack bot token used to post on your behalf.
Solely to post birthday celebrations and reminders in your workspace. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.
When you remove the app from your workspace, we delete that workspace's tokens, settings, and birthdays.
